A brief Introduction to who am I
I am Grace Gleeson, I am an Energy Therapist which include modalities Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Energy Tapping, Angel Card Reading, and QTT - (Quantum Thinking Transformation). I began this journey back in 2012 when I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel on my right hand. I trained as a Reiki Energy Healer first of all. After this I knew I wanted to learn more about healing myself so in 2016 I took the big leap of faith, and I finished up with my permanent job, and pursued more Holistic Training.
Then in 2017 I started out with my own private practice, and have continued to grow and develop and add more additional services, and training workshops for my clients.
Before I became the Holistic Therapist I had spent about 20 years between Financial Services and working with Accountancy Firms as a Bookkeeper. I graduated in 2001 with a Diploma in Business Studies and Marketing and Accounting.
So I knew Finances was always a big issue for therapist so I set up my other Business specifically for therapists to help them in doing their Accounts, and Income Tax Returns, and explaining the whole process in easy language, so they could understand.
In 2021 I graduated as a QTT Practitioner which really added another flair in Business Mentoring for Therapists. Because I understand its daunting, its challenging trying to run everything smoothly in your business being the therapist, the marketing person, the customer service, the financial person, the social media person the list is just endless.
And it can be quiet daunting for therapists trying to explain their business, and explaining their problems in their business if you do not understand fully their business. So this is why I am so passionate about Business Mentoring and especially this package of 6 months Mentoring working side by side with myself.
What do you get with my package?
You will have 6 zoom calls (1 per month) with myself 1-1. Each Zoom session is 90 minutes long, and each zoom is recorded, and you will have life time access to these recordings so you can go back over and replay again and again.
You will receive daily support from myself through Voxer which is a messaging app so you can send me voice notes, or if your looking for guidance, support, this is where you will receive this support from me. This support is available Monday - Friday from 9.30 - 5.00.
During these Zoom sessions we will be setting goals, for you and I will check in on a weekly basis to check in on how those goals are going and keeping you accountable. Accountability is huge in any mentoring programme, I am here to offer the support and the encouragement to get your results.
You will be receiving information and knowledge from myself who has gained a lot of wisdom and knowledge with the Therapy Industry, and then you will also be gaining my knowledge and wisdom and putting your mind at ease when it comes to the financial aspect.
Content - Breakdown of my Mentoring Programme:
Month 1- Discovery Month:
So in this month we work on what are the areas you require most support in.
We set up our goals that you want to achieve this month.
We go through what is working very well for you, and seeing how we can replicate same across the other areas of your business.
This month its a fact finding mission - reviewing all your programs your offer, looking at your clients you are currently working with, and whom it is you want to work with.
Month 2 - Financial Month:
We look at your current way of bookkeeping and seeing can we simplify the process so its easier to manage and not seen as a chore.
We look at the expenses you are currently incurring and ensuring that you are claiming all the relevant tax credits, and claiming all the relevant expenses in your business.
We review the goals from Month 1 and see what worked, what needs to be tweaked, and set new goals for this month.
This is your month where we also concentrate on all the various taxes, how they are calculated so you become more familiar with Form 11 - Income Tax Return process.
Month 3 - Income Revenue Month
We look at all sources of income and reviewing price strategy ensuring that you are not underselling yourself.
We look and see where can you create extra sources of income, like online courses, workshops, memberships and how you go about creating same.
We put structure around these programmes, workshops, and you gain clarity around what can be achieved.
Review Month 2 goals and see if they need to be tweaked so that you are on target to achieving what you what you achieve from this programme.
Month 4 - Mindset Month:
We all have mindset blocks - so this month we will be breaking these down.
We will be going through how to deal with a challenging inner critic and how to tame same.
We will be doing some release work around those limiting beliefs, and reframing those beliefs into limitless beliefs.
We will be discussing about the fixed mindset and the growth mindset, and how you can switch from a fixed mindset into a growth mindset.
Month 5 - Social Media Month
We will be working together on your social media content, ensuring that its catchy enough, to get your existing clients and future clients you are attracting to take action.
We will be ensuring your comfortable enough in posting on the platforms, and any questions or queries you have about creating content on Canva will be addressed in this session also.
We will be going through the other ways of communicating your message to your clients - Newsletters, Emails, and all of that and getting this set up for you if you haven’t already done so.
Month 6 - Review Month:
So this month we review all the above, and if there is any questions or you may want to focus upon one particular area we can do that.
We go through your goals, and ensuring you have reached them.
Its also the month to review all your successes, and celebrate your achievements and accomplishments, because a lot of us being solo entrepreneurs we don’t celebrate it.

Increase confidence around their finances, they feel more comfortable in having discussions around same, and feel more empowered and more of in control of your finances, and taking the ownership of same.
Greater sense of achievement and accomplishment, because you will have me as your accountability buddy to check in to see what progress has being done, and any blocks or difficulties you may be experiencing we can deal with same together.
Support - Attendees will have support from me because being a Solo Entrepreneur can be lonely especially when trying to make decisions, and being able to talk to someone who will listen, hold the space for them, and not feel judged.
