Bit of an introduction about ourselves

  • I am Grace Gleeson, from Cappamore, Co. Limerick and I have a Diploma in Business Studies and Marketing.

  •   I have about 20 years experience in the financial sector between working with Financial Institution and also with Accountancy firms.  

  • I am also a Holistic Therapist since July 2017 so I understand the feelings therapists experience when they are trying to discuss their finances, to an accountant.

    Who do I help?

  • I set up Grace & Mikes Bookkeeping & Payroll to help holistic therapists with their financial requirements as a Bookkeeper, Financial Mentor.

  • I know this journey is quiet overwhelming, stressful, can cause anxiety, and a lot of overwhelm, this is why you need me as your Holistic Bookkeeper to help you to ease this burden so you get more time to enjoy carrying out your passion and your joy.

How do I help my clients?

  • I can help holistic therapists to grow their practice whether your just starting out dipping your toe in the self employed world, on a part time basis I can help you. Maybe your in a position that you are working full time and having this venture as a side hustle business, and unsure how to account for this business finances.

  • I help therapists by drafting up accounts, completing income tax returns, having discussions around this, suggesting some changes or improvements of how to grow their business too.

  • I also help therapists who are working full time for themselves, and I complete their Accounts, Income Tax Returns, VAT returns if required.

  • I always arrange to have discussions to go through the Accounts and to ensure they haven’t left out something that they can claim tax relief on.

  • In these discussion calls the therapist gets to ask any question, my clients know they can ask us anything.

  • Its also a space I hold for my clients to air any concerns they may be experiencing and also an opportunity for them to ask for help.

Costs for our services

  • My cost for the year is €325 which includes me doing the Accounts, Income Tax Return, Filing of same with Revenue, Making payment to Revenue, and also any questions clients may have throughout the year is also covered until this fee.
